Court Business Update as of 2/3/2021
Due to a recent decline in average COVID-19 positivity, we will gradually resume with the conducting of criminal jury trials effective Monday, February 8, 2021. Other in-person court proceedings remain suspended until a tentative March 1, 2021. The circuit remains in Phase 2 of Florida Supreme Court’s phased operations approach. Courthouse facilities remain open to the public; however, those with scheduled in-person proceedings may check their case record on-line 24/7 at hover.hillsclerk.com or contact the Clerk’s Office at 813-276-8100 for information related to the rescheduling of your hearing.
Proceedings may be conducted via remote technology. Click on the following link for a directory of remote hearings by judge.
