Court Operations during COVID-19 Pandemic

The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit is committed to maintaining access to court operations and program services, while minimizing visitor and staff exposure to the COVID-19 virus. We are coordinating with the Florida Supreme Court, Office of State Courts Administrator, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, Hillsborough County Emergency Policy Group, Florida Department of Health and other stakeholders to ensure we respond collaboratively while fulfilling our statutory and constitutional obligations.
