In Division E, all proceedings, except for Pretrial Conferences, Jury Trials, Non-Jury Trials and Evidentiary Hearings, will be conducted telephonically via WebEx unless otherwise directed by the Court. 

  • Pretrial Conferences, Jury Trials and Non-Jury Trials (with the exception of mortgage foreclosure) will be conducted in-person.
  • The method for conducting WebEx telephonic hearings is to call (904) 900-2303 OR (415) 655-0001 and input Access Code: 132 571 5688. 
  • All Evidentiary Hearings scheduled for 30 minutes or less will be conducted via ZOOM unless otherwise ordered by the Court. Evidentiary hearings scheduled for more than 30 minutes will be conducted in-person.  This requirement will extend until further order of the Court.
  • All evidentiary hearings are to be scheduled by contacting the JA via email at circivdive@fljud13.org.  Please indicate that you are requesting an evidentiary hearing, what the hearing is for, and how much time you will need.
  • Evidentiary Hearings that are to be conducted via ZOOM can be accessed at https://zoom.us/j/8088314751
    (MEETING ID 808 831 4751    Password not required).
  • Counsel who wish to have the services of a court reporter are to make necessary arrangements for the court reporter’s participation. The scheduling party for each proceeding is required to ensure all parties are aware of this directive.
